Throughout this strange project, I have been regularly doubling back and changing terms, ideas, and statements. This is an important part of the religious process; for religion models values, not facts. I hope to model a religion with a healthy relationship to its own growth and evolution.
This log will account for significant changes I will make in Terranic doctrine that could alter faithful or logical conclusions. Simple edits will not be logged here.
- April 5th 2021 – Replaced the use of “truth” for the term “values” in light of a new understanding of “non-overlapping magisteria” as articulated by Stephen Jay Gould. Now Terranism recognizes values as the magisteria of religion, while truth is an integrated rendering of both facts and values.
