Terra Beata :: Hymn

1

This is my homeworld
And to my listening ear
All nature sings and round me rings
The music of the spheres

This is my homeworld:
I rest me in the thought
Of rocks and trees, of skies and seas
Each one a wonder wrought

2

This is my homeworld
The birds their carols raise,
The morning light, the lily white,
A ballad, to all upraise

This is my homeworld
My hope in all that's fair;
With the rustling grass I share a mass
My kin with me everywhere

3

This is my homeworld
O let me ne're forget
That though my life seems oft so strife
Love heals and itself beget

This is my homeworld
Why should my heart be sad?
Our world doth sing: let our music ring!
We're One; let us all be glad!
